Mix / Match ColorsWhile we do allow in most cases to mix/match garment colors, styles and brands – please keep in mind not all colors are uniform. Example: A navy blue cotton t-shirt from Gildan is a different shade of navy blue compared to a Bella Canvas brand. Also, a cotton shirt color will be different compared to a cotton/poly blend version. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel is not responsible for color matching of garments of different types – as we do not manufacture the garments. We suggest ordering the same style/brand and color if you are concerned about the shirt colors matching.

Stock ApparelEmotionz Graphix & Apparel does not stock apparel. We can not stock every style, size, color of all garments. We would be in the warehousing business, not apparel decorating. For orders placed, blank apparel is ordered from our suppliers or direct from the manufacturer. This is typical practice for a majority of screen printers and apparel decorators. This is accounted for in your estimated production time you are given to complete your order.

Trademarks & LogosWhen submitting trademarked designs or logos, Emotionz Graphix & Apparel reserves the right to reject these types of designs under copyright laws. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain legal permission from the copyright holder of the design for production. We hold no responsibility on determining ownership of trademarked designs submitted by the customer or authorization of it’s use. Upon submission of these types of designs, you express user permission for production and release Emotionz Graphix & Apparel from any/all legal responsibilities. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel can not offer design assistance on customer submitted copyright artwork. You must provide your own production ready files.

Blank Apparel / SuppliersBlank apparel is ordered once proof is approved and payment has been received – unless otherwise noted. We utilize several of the leading suppliers and distributors of quality blank apparel which offer first run quality items. We do not print on second-hand / irregular apparel. The time frame in which we receive blank apparel is dependent on how soon suppliers can process and fulfill orders. We have no control over their practices as well as shipping/transit times by carriers. We suggest placing your order with enough time to account for any possible delays. We hold no responsibly for these types of delays.

Customer Supplied GarmentsWe typically do not print on customer supplied apparel for many reasons. Garments available directly to apparel decorators are specifically produced and manufactured to be printed on – being free from chemicals and hard detergents used for retail sold items. We can not guarantee quality of the print on other purchased items, so we don’t offer this as an option. Also, you generally aren’t at any cost savings advantage in providing your own garments. Rest assured, you are getting the absolute best pricing available on apparel when placing an order with Emotionz Graphix & Apparel. In the rare case we do print on customer supplied garments, Emotionz Graphix & Apparel holds no responsibility to unpredictable print results and/or garment discoloration/damage. We do our best to provide high quality prints in every order. The customer acknowledges this and releases Emotionz Graphix & Apparel form any financial liability or poor practices. We do not replace customer supplied garments in the event of damage or unpredictable print results.

Proof / Order ReviewAll Custom Orders Will Receive a Proof All custom orders will receive an electronic proof as a representation of what your finished project could look like. Keep in mind, these are computer generated simulations and the finished project may appear slightly different. Up to two (2) revisions will be allotted without additional art charges. Approving your proof for production also indicates you have reviewed the order details as well as our Terms of Service. If you elect to forgo your proof and order review, you accept the final print along with the order details as is – and left to our discretion.

Placing OrdersAll orders and quote requests made after 3 p.m. (EST) may be processed the next business day – depending on our volume.

Custom Ink ColorsFor specific ink colors not listed on our standard production charts, there is a $30/per color/per location charge to mix/create these colors for your project.The customer must provide their Pantone Color values. Please inform us during the quote process your need for a specific color request. Custom colors/PMS matching are not available for embroidery threads. We carry a vast assortment of thread colors to choose from. It is the customer’s responsibility to discuss PMS Color Matching when requesting a quote or placing an order with us.

Shipping DelaysEmotionz Graphix & Apparel has no control over a shipping carrier’s processing, shipping or delivery practices. Order tracking numbers are automatically generated by the shipping carrier and updated to our system. We typically ship USPS, FedEx, UPS. At times of their high-volumes, shipping times may vary based on the shipping provider. Tracking numbers may also be delayed in displaying for your order. We ask you please be patient and allow the shipping process to generate updated tracking for your order. In the event you order has not been updated after a period of 5 business days (after it shows it was shipped), please contact us for assistance.

Production SamplesPre-production samples can be at a tremendous cost to our customers. There is a lot of work and labor involved to create samples. We offer renderings of your project, in lieu of actual sample items – as a visual reference to show what your finished apparel could look like. If pre-production samples are requested, pricing will include all artwork, production, setup and apparel costs for the sample order. Pre-production sample costs are separate and not applied to the pricing when placing your actual order. Pre-production samples are not available on custom embroidered hats or team apparel.

SpoilageDuring production, it is not uncommon for some printed items to be less than perfect (spoilage). This is a normal part of production, as every garment decorated is done by hand. We allow for up to 2%-3% spoilage rate. Spoilage is a normal part of production. We do take every effort to minimize this. Some garments which are hard to decorate may yield a higher spoilage rate. Again, this is normal.

Design ServiceYou must provide completed artwork when ordering. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel does offer design service. Contact us for pricing which generally starts at $50/hr. All submitted artwork must be high resolution (see artwork requirements posted on each print type’s page). If submitting low-resolution artwork, our team will convert your submitted designs into vector format (art charges apply). In regards to copyrighted material and artwork, we can not offer design assistance or edits to your supplied designs – as it is the customer’s responsibility to determine and obtain permission of use from the copyright holder. You must supply production ready, high resolution artwork files.

Production TimeProduction time begins after payment has been received from the customer and/or proof approval. Production times vary throughout the year. Our standard production times can ranges from 10-14 full business days (does not include weekends or holidays) on most screen printing projects. Team uniforms, sublimation and embroidery projects may take up to 20-25 business days – depending on their complexity. Current production times are listed on our website and are used as en estimated time. We do offer RUSH services for specific projects. Contact us to discuss if your project is eligible for RUSH SERVICE. Production time does not include delivery, shipping & transit times.

OutsourcingDuring times of high volume or certain types of orders, Emotionz Graphix & Apparel may outsource apparel decoration orders to third party contractors for fulfillment. This is normal practice to better service our customers.

DeadlinesWe make every effort to meet ordering deadlines for our customers whenever possible. However, certain situations may present a challenge and out of our control. Although we do offer rush service, we encourage you to allow ample time for your order to be processed, avoiding any issues and delays. Placing an order with Emotionz Graphix & Apparel does not constitute as a contract for a guaranteed production completion date, as we offer no such agreement. Your completion date is provided as an estimated production period. Some situations out of our control and may include the following: 1): Processing / arrival of blank goods from our suppliers in order for us to print your order. 2): Artwork delays. Remember, production can not begin until all artwork is approved by the customer. 3): Shipping and Transit times. We ship orders via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. We have no control over delays and delivery schedule changes made by shipping carriers or acts of nature.

Order Pick UpPick up times are during our normal business hours posted on our website.

Garment CareWait at least 24 hours before the first wash. This allows the ink/decoration methods used to settle into the garment. Follow the care instructions to get the most out of your apparel. We suggest line drying of all printed garments, as placing items in the dryer causes the materials to fade and fray over time. We are not responsible for garment/print issues from not following recommended wash and care instructions.

Payments & RefundsAll payments must be made in advance prior to the start of the design and production of your order – unless otherwise specified. This is typically after you receive a quote, payment is requested. Due to the customization nature of our business, we can not issue refunds once production has begun or from mistakes in design / layout approved by the customer. Ensuring the proof provided is correct is the sole responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be honored for manufacturing defects in the product or mistakes made by Emotionz Graphix & Apparel. For damages sustained in shipping/ transit (by the shipping carrier), please contact us for assistance. Ultimately, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier. All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt of goods to be valid. No exceptions. We will not honor claims after this time period.

Privacy StatementEmotionz Graphix & Apparel does not or has ever engaged in selling, sharing or re-distributing your personal and private information to any third party. You are in control of your personal information you provide to us for the sole purpose of ordering. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel does not save or store your payment information including bank accounts, credit/debit card or other payment information used. Each order requires you to submit payment details. This is for the safety of our customers as we respect your right to privacy.

PricingPricing is based on numerous factors, which include garment selection, print type and quantity ordering. Pricing reflects the blank apparel cost at the time you place the order. Pricing may be a different on re-orders due to increase/decrease in cost set by the suppliers. We have no control over a supplier’s pricing structure.

Stock Ink / Thread ColorsWe carry a wide selection of stock ink colors and embroidery threads to choose from. When viewing swatches of print/thread colors, keep in mind these are for reference only, as everyone’s computer monitor, mobile device or home printer may display these colors a bit differently. There are also many factors than can affect the final print color/results which include printing on dark colors, fabric type and blend – which is normal. If you have a specific color match (PMS), it is the responsibility of the customer to inform us during the quote/ordering process so we can account for those details. Otherwise, we will utilize our standard production colors.

Out of Stock ItemsWe reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with that of equal value and quality.

Garment ShrinkageWe are not responsible for garments that shrink after being washed/laundered. Please adhere to the recommended wash/dry instructions on the actual garment tags along with that listed here (see “garment care” section). When selecting garments, please note the manufactures data listed. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel does not manufacture the garments. We are the apparel decorators. For issues with your print, please contact us. Important Tips: All cotton garments will shrink in the dryer. Some more than others, depending on the manufacturer. Pay attention to the size charts. Some garment styles are more form fitting than others. This should not deter you from ordering cotton garments by any means. These types of garments require specific care.

Quote RequestsQuotes are valid for a period of 5 – 7 business days. After that time, a new quote must be issued.

Shipping/DeliveryWe typically ship USPS, FedEx, UPS and freight to anywhere within the continental U.S. Packages lost in transit, please contact us. For packages labeled as “delivered” by a shipping carrier, please contact the shipping carrier directly as Emotionz Graphix & Apparel is not responsible for missing packages listed as “delivered” by the shipping carrier.

Non PaymentIn the event of returned checks/payments due to insufficient funds or non-payment, you (the customer) agree to be held 100% liable for all outstanding balances, accrued fees, late fees and any legal/court costs.

Ordering ProcessAfter you receive your online quote and payment has been made, your order is moved into the design phase. Here is where our design team works on your logo/design. If you submitted hi-resolution artwork, we will ensure it meets our quality standards to achieve the best print possible. If we are creating a logo/design, you will work with our designers to bring your creative ideas to life. From there, you will receive an online proof of your design. We allow up to three (3) revisions without any additional charge. Once you approve the design, it’s off to production. See current production times posted on our website.

Artwork SpecsWe prefer high-resolution, vector files when possible. If you do not have high-resolution artwork, no worries, Our talented design team will convert your artwork for production. Formats accepted: Illustrator, Photoshop, PNG, JPEG, PDF. Even when submitting production ready files, we still need to prepare your artwork for production. For Screen Print: Performing color separations, registrations and creation of your screens. Embroidery: Converting/Digitizing your artwork in a format read by embroidery machine computers. Vector files are not digitized files. We do not accept digitized files from outside sources. All embroidery orders require digitizing by Emotionz Graphix & Apparel. All digitized files remain property of Emotionz Graphix & Apparel.

Services ProvidedEmotionz Graphix & Apparel agrees to perform only the services outlined in your proof and/or order summary. Any deviations requested from our normal services are the sole responsibility of the customer to inform us upon requesting a quote or placing an order. We encourage you to thoroughly review your proof in it’s entirety for spelling, layout, ink/thread colors used, etc. Failure to review our Terms of Service or the details of your proof/order summary are at your sole descension.

Submitting ArtworkWhen submitting logos and production ready artwork, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the quality of artwork, spelling and layout accuracy. Submit in high-resolution and/or vector format when possible. Production will be based on the artwork you provide. Please keep in mind artwork for screen print, DTF or embroidery will yield different results – due to the nature of the printing process. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel created artwork or digitized files are created to the specs of our equipment software requirements. All artwork created by us will remain property and/or possibly intellectual property of Emotionz Graphix & Apparel. Customers can request high definition files of their completed projects for a fee. All digitized artwork will remain property of Emotionz Graphix & Apparel since these file types are created specifically for our machines.

PersonalizationFor team apparel or garment personalization, we utilize professional heat applied vinyl or heat applied materials unless otherwise specified. All our heat applied materials are child safe and meet CPSIA guidelines.

Stock Ink ColorsBelow are our Standard Print Colors we have available. If you require a specific color or shade (PMS Color Matching), please refer to the next section titled “custom ink colors“. Please keep in mind when printing on dark garments, an underbase is required which adds one additional color to your design. Example: if your logo has two colors and is to be printed on dark apparel, it becomes a three (3) color logo. Note – the colors on the chart are for reference only as everyone’s monitor and/or home printer will display these colors a bit differently.

Customer Supplied GarmentsUnfortunately, we can not accept customer supplied garments for our Screen Printing production/decoration. We offer a wide variety of apparel options through several of our suppliers, which are available in our online product catalogs. In the event we do accept customer supplied garments, we are not responsible for unexpected print results. We will not print on garments purchased from Walmart, Sam’s Club or any thrifty retailer or consumer warehouses.

Quantity Price BreaksBe sure to order quantities within the price breaks shown below: To receive quantity price breaks, all garments must be the exact same print. If you have mixed prints, group those same prints together to determine your quantity price break bracket for those prints.

Pre-Production SamplesYou can request a pre-production sew out / sample, with the exception of rush / time sensitive orders. For all orders, you will receive a virtual proof with a rendering of your embroidered design/logo prior to the start of production.

Customer Supplied GarmentsItems and design placement must be suitable for embroidery. We will need to physically see or see pictures of the item to be able to determine if I can successfully do what you want. Items should be new. Customer may need to supply an extra item or extra piece of fabric of the same type for test stitching. Customer is responsible for ensuring their own items are free from any defects and flaws prior to delivery to Emotionz Graphix & Apparel. The customer understands that Emotionz Graphix & Apparel maintains the highest degree of quality and workmanship. However, we cannot always prevent or control a failure of the embellishment equipment or unexpected results on items that we do not provide. Problems rarely occur, but you need to be aware of this possibility. If you supply an item then you accept the risk. Emotionz Graphix & Apparel is not responsible for replacement or cost of customer supplied goods if they become damaged in the process of embellishment. How It Works/PricingIt’s simple. Start your order by clicking “Get a Hat Quote". Once completed, our team will review your order / design and make necessary tweaks to ensure a good, quality print. Embroidery TypesWe offer professionally crafted embroidery options including standard application, leather patches and our amazing 3D Puff embroidery. Leather Patches: Artwork works best when a single contracting color. Full color designs will not work well with this option. Note: 3D Puff is not available for small object. This feature is primarily used for large text or numbers.

Minimum QuantitiesMinimum quantities may vary depending on the items you are ordering. Typically, on most sublimated orders/items, there is a minimum of 6 pcs. After you begin designing online, you’ll see the minimum quantities for that item.

Artwork RequirementsFollow these steps below to submit artwork for Sublimation: Use a professional design program such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Corel Draw to create your designs in CYMK color mode. Artwork must be a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, a transparent background and scaled to size (the size to be printed). Convert all text/fonts to smart objects or shapes. Submit high resolution artwork in PSD Format (we will also accept PNG, JPEG, PDF formats) or vector format (preferred). Note: We do not accept BMP or low quality images taken from the internet. As a rule – quality artwork yields a quality print. So take the time and invest in creating your artwork in hi-resolution. Images copy/paste or saved from the internet are low quality and will produce poor quality prints. Convert your artwork to high resolution. If you need your designs converted to high resolution, an artwork charge will apply. If submitting non vector artwork, there is a $35/design charge to us to convert your artwork into vector format.

Why Does It Take So LongSublimation provides the absolute best garments with vibrant, durable prints which are infused into the fabric. This process is very labor intensive. Shirts for example: Each portion of the shirt is cut to size. The front, back and each sleeve. Your design is then prepared for printing using specialized inks onto the garment panels and cured. The final step – each panel of the shirts are sewn together by a seamstress and the end result is an amazing looking garment. This is done for each and every shirt in your order. This is why the production time is roughly 15-20 business days.

Production TimeProduction time will depend on the type of apparel you are selecting for sublimation. Typical turn around time for sublimation is around 15-20 business days after proof approval and payment. Please be sure to plan in advance and order in plenty of time to allow for production. Note; Production time begins after payment and proof approval – not when the order is placed.

Design ServiceIf you do not have a hi-resolution or vector formatted design, no worries! We offer design service at reasonable rates. There is a lot of work that goes into creating an amazing design so pricing will depend on the complexity of your request.

ReturnsDue to the customization nature of apparel decoration, we can not accept returns on custom items. So, please be sure you have the correct sizes when ordering along with paying attention to your online proof for accuracy.

RefundsThere is a lot of preparation and labor that goes into making your custom items, therefore we can not honor refund requests once your order has entered into the production/print phase for any reason. Also, be sure to order in plenty of time as sublimated apparel can take up to 20 business days (depending on the complexity of your order).
